Who sends these messages
Text messages are sent by Kargano LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Kargano"). Registered office: 30 N Gould St, Ste 66781, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Support: hello@kargano.com, +1 587 415 4316.
What we text
Replies to requests you send us, such as call-backs and demo follow-ups. Account and service messages for clients, such as call summaries, lead details and billing notices. Occasional offers about Kargano's own service. We do not send messages on behalf of other companies.
How you opt in
You opt in by ticking the optional "Text me too" box on the form at kargano.com, or by asking us to text you during a call, or when you sign up as a client and choose text notifications. The box is never pre-ticked and is not required to send the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
The exact consent wording is:
"Text me too. I agree to receive text messages from Kargano LLC about my request, my account and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
How often
Message frequency varies with your activity. Clients receiving call notifications get one text per handled call.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from that number. You will get one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@kargano.com or +1 587 415 4316.
Your mobile number
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts, such as Twilio, Quo and mobile carriers.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
