How it works

The whole thing, from your line to your phone.

Four pieces of work sit behind one agent answering your telephone. You buy the outcome, not the parts, but people ask what is underneath it, so here it is in order.

The short version: we read your website and write the agent from it, we run every piece of the phone system it sits on, we keep fixing it after it goes live, and it calls people back who came to you first. The only thing you do is forward your line.

01
Agent design

Written for your business, not adapted to it.

Most phone tools are a menu with better manners. Yours starts from your website. We read your service pages, your hours, your service area and the questions in your own FAQ, and the agent is written from that before it ever takes a call.

Which means it knows what you do. It also knows what you do not do, and that matters more than owners expect. A caller who wants work you do not take on gets told so in under a minute, politely, and never lands in your inbox as something to sort out later.

Every agent is written as one piece of prose, not a branching phone tree, because a tree is where calls get stuck. It asks one thing at a time, never asks twice for something the caller already said, and works out how urgent a call is from what the caller actually said rather than asking them to rate it.

What we read

Your website, your service pages, your hours, your service area, and the questions in your own FAQ.

What we leave out

Warranty terms, weight limits, financing, and anything else you have not asked us to put in. Every fact in an agent is a fact it can get wrong, so it only carries what you want it carrying.

02
Voice infrastructure

You will never log into any of it.

There is a real stack under this: numbers, carriers, transcription, the voice itself, the routing that decides who gets told what. None of it is yours to hold.

You keep your existing number. You forward it, on your terms, at the hours you choose, or only when your line is busy, or only after six. That is the entire installation, and you can undo it in the same two minutes it took.

Behind the forward, calls are answered on the second ring, as many at once as arrive. There is no queue and no hold music, because there is no one waiting to become free. If something breaks at two in the morning, that is our night.

What you do

Forward your line. That is the whole job.

The recording

Every call is recorded and transcribed so we can find what went wrong and fix it. You can ask for any of it, any time.

03
Managed operations

It is not finished on the day it goes live.

An agent on day one is a guess made from a website. An agent in week three has heard your actual customers.

So we listen. Real calls, every week, looking for the places it hesitated, misheard a street name, or answered something in a way you would not have. Those get fixed that week, not at some quarterly review. Vertical words get added to the transcriber as we hear them get mangled.

You get the leads as they land and a written report at the end of every month: how many calls, how many were real conversations, what people rang about. If it stops answering properly, we will know before you do, because we are the ones listening.

What you get

Every lead the moment it lands, and a written report at the end of each month.

Changing something

Costs nothing. Tell us what you want said differently and it is said differently.

04
Outbound and speed to lead

The first company to ring back usually wins.

A web enquiry answered in two minutes beats the same enquiry answered at thirty, every time. Not by a little.

So the agent does not wait for the form to reach your inbox. It rings them while they still have your site open, says who it is calling from and why, and finds out what they actually need. If they do not pick up, it tries again and then sends a text they can answer instead.

The same applies to work already in your calendar. The day before a visit, it rings to confirm the person will be there, and if they need to move it, you find out the afternoon before rather than from a van sitting outside a locked gate.

Every outbound call runs on a trigger, never on a list. A form was filled, a quote went quiet, a job is tomorrow. Nobody gets called because their number existed.

The first two weeks

What the first two weeks look like

Day one

You send us your website address. Nothing else, no forms, no onboarding call.

Day two

We build an agent from it and telephone you, so you hear the thing answer as your own company. Ask it the awkward questions your customers ask. If it is not right, say so on that call and that is the end of it.

Day three

You forward your line and billing starts that day, not the day you agreed to it.

Week one

We listen to every call and fix what needs fixing. This is the week most of the changes happen.

Month one

The first written report lands, and you find out how many of those calls you were never hearing about.

Hear it answer before you decide anything.

Call it yourself, right now, and put it through its paces:

Or send your website address and we will build one from your own site and ring you back, usually within the hour.
