Kargano ("we," "us") operates kargano.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you fill out a form on this site or book a call, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, and business name. We use it to respond to you and to prepare for the call you booked. That's what you gave it to us for, and that's what it's used for.
Conversations with Arina, our AI agent. Our website features Arina, an AI voice and chat agent. Arina is an AI, not a human. If you choose to talk or type to Arina, your conversation (including your voice audio, if you speak) is recorded, stored, and processed to provide the service, improve it, and comply with applicable law. These conversations are processed by our service provider ElevenLabs and its third-party large language model providers. You are shown a notice and asked for consent before any conversation with Arina begins. If you don't want your conversation processed this way, simply don't start one — everything on this site is available without talking to Arina.
Analytics and cookies. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — things like which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. These tools use cookies and collect information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is aggregated and doesn't tell us who you are personally. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out tools.
Scheduling. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly. The information you enter when booking (name, email, phone, business name, chosen time) is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries; prepare for and conduct calls you book; operate, improve, and secure the website and the Arina agent; understand how the site is used; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make this site work: ElevenLabs and its LLM providers (Arina conversations), Google (analytics), Calendly (bookings), and our website hosting providers. Each processes data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above — responding to you, running the business relationship, and meeting legal requirements — and then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below and we'll handle it. You can also disable cookies in your browser at any time.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International visitors
Kargano works with businesses in multiple countries. Your information may be processed on servers located outside your own country, including by the service providers named above.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new "last updated" date.
